April Holiday Arts Academy (HAA)

We’re already halfway through Term 1 — and the April school holidays are just around the corner! Applications are now open for our Holiday Arts Academy (HAA). Join us for two weeks of awesome creative programmes designed for young artists aged 8–12. Tamariki will learn new skills, experiment with exciting materials, make new friends (or reconnect with old ones), and create amazing artworks to take home. Our holiday programme offers a fun, stimulating environment that nurtures young creatives. Time: Tuesday–Friday, 9am–3pm Cost: $32.50 per child, per day Week One: 7–10 April Tue: Create Your Own Fantasy World — maps, creatures & legends Wed: Big Art, Bold Statements — powerful visual expression Thur: Inventor’s Art Lab — imaginative machines & gadgets Fri: Magic Objects Workshop — wands, amulets & artefacts

Week Two: 22–24 April Tue: Wonderfully Weird World of Surrealism — dreamlike art adventures Wed: Expressive Puppets — marionettes & magical shadow puppets Thur: Woodland Magic — build enchanting troll & fairy houses Fri: Whimsical creations inspired by Dr. Seuss

All art materials provided. Please bring a packed lunch, water bottle, and hat. Old clothes are recommended — things can get messy! Lunch can also be purchased from our onsite café at drop-off and delivered to class. Let the creativity begin!
