Graze by Stratosfere

Join us on Friday 18 or Saturday 19 December 2026 for an exclusive summer evening above Rotorua at Graze by Stratosfare.

Ride the Skyline Gondola to the top of Mount Ngongotahā, where panoramic views across Lake Rotorua and the surrounding landscape set the scene for a relaxed and unforgettable evening.

Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival, indulge in a selection of generous grazing platters and soak up live music as the sun sets over the city below.

Set in a unique mountain-top setting, Graze by Stratosfare offers the perfect blend of great food, stunning scenery and laid-back entertainment. Whether you’re celebrating with friends, family or colleagues, this is a summer experience not to be missed.
