Join Rotorua facilitator Ariana Grant for a gentle and uplifting wāhine wānanga (women’s gathering) at Polynesian Spa. This mindful morning invites you to explore love in all its forms – joy, heartbreak, healing and rediscovery – and to reconnect with your own sense of balance and self-trust.

Begin with a calming meditation and cacao ceremony, followed by open kōrero (conversation), guided reflections and simple tools to support emotional safety and clear communication. You’ll also enjoy time for journaling, sharing and grounding, all within a warm and nurturing environment.

A light refreshment and cacao are included.
