The Hornets

Rotorua Jazz Club presents THE HORNETS – THE MUSIC OF JOE SAMPLE - a tribute to the jazz icon from well-known supergroup The Crusaders. This five-piece band, led by Bruce Kerr on bass and Neville Grenfell on trumpet, features drummer Mickey Ututaonga, Mark Dennison on Saxophones and Ben Wilcock on electric piano. The Hornets will deliver a set of classic Joe Sample material amongst other well-known jazz standards and original material.
