8TH WONDER – A Festival of Sound & Culture

LOOP presents 8th Wonder, a one-day festival of Sound & Culture, is set to take over Rotorua for the first time this January. Featuring an eclectic mix of artists combining to create an unmissable day of music including - L.A.B, Te Wehi, Sir Dave Dobbyn, Aaradhna, Betty-Anne (Voice of Ardjiah), Che Fu & The Krates, Corrella, The Elovaters (USA), Ladi6, Son & Water.

A boutique summer festival that will be an unmissable day out - 8TH WONDER will take place at Te Papa Rēhia | Village Green in Rotorua, on the shores of the incredible Lake Rotorua. Headlined by L.A.B, the 8TH WONDER lineup celebrates the best of New Zealand music across generations. From legendary artists who have shaped the nation's sound to today's biggest names and tomorrow's rising stars, the festival brings together an extraordinary collection of talent. With one Sir and two Members of the New Zealand Order of Merit among the artists, 8TH WONDER features a collection of artists who have dedicated their lives to sharing New Zealand music with audiences around the globe.

Alongside the epic collection of music, 8TH WONDER will expand the festival experience with a range of stalls and instalments on the boardwalk alongside Lake Rotorua. The team at Little Big Events will be bringing a range of food vendors from across the Bay of Plenty to the event, bringing a taste of the best the region has to offer.

Rain Date:

By purchasing a ticket, ticket holders acknowledge and agree that the event may proceed on the rain date of Sunday 24 January 2027 if required.
