Terms and Conditions
- A Monthly Pass allows everyday multiple entry to the Pavilion Pools and Family Pools between 9:00am and 10:00pm (last entry). Pass valid for one person. Pavilion Pools are for guests aged 12 years and over.
- Private Pools must be booked in advance, either onsite or online using a valid Rotorua Membership through the Polynesian Spa website.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounted products.
- Lake View Private Pool Couples Experience is a seasonal offer and may be available for limited periods only. Availability may be paused or reinstated at any time.
