Social Skate Nights

Get active, meet new people, and make Wednesday nights your favourite night of the week! The Sulphur City Steam Rollers are excited to launch weekly indoor skating at Toi Ohomai Rec Centre every Wednesday night. A chance for you to roll around at your own pace and get active in such a FUN way! Bring your own roller skates or roller blades and safety gear, or hire ours - we have a limited supply of sizes, so hireage is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Wednesday Social Skate Nights A relaxed, uncoached indoor session for recreational skating at your own pace. No registration required — turn up and roll! 📅 4 March – 21 October 💲 $10 entry + $5 skate hire (if needed) 🎓 Free for Toi Ohomai staff & students (with ID) Learn to Skate Courses will be run periodically during Wednesday sessions.
